The Growing Role of Diagnostics in Contemporary World

As all of us are well aware that the genre of healthcare is rapidly changing in many ways. To start with the first thing which can be considered here is the diseases, which have become numerous and more powerful. Owing to this aspect there has also been an increase in the number of centers and clinical labs. In this way the value and seriousness of every disease is recognized accurately.

The new healthcare landscape is being prepared with the introduction of modern technologies, along with the equipment. Traditionally patients used to consider lab as a sort of ‘black box’, where there was no special recognition of the disease or the issue. It only translated the medical theory. However there is an immense transmission in it, and the contemporary technologies are always the best to be used. From a patient’s perspective the traditional lab was something mysterious, in comparison to the recent digitalized clinical ones, which can even endow you with solutions and care facilities.

As mentioned earlier the Diagnostic Services in India have definitely gone to another level, with the help of many factors and one of them is the electronic patient health records and expanding patient-data rights. In fact with more engaged patients, the role of healthcare will not only grow, but at the same time contribute to the change.

The lab industry is already very important from every perspective. From considering the test results to providing the basic test results, this industry accounts for 35% of the overall healthcare solutions. The role of lab testing and labs are indeed destined to grow.

THE MEDICINAL VALUE

Thanks to the advances in the genre of genomics and personalized medicine, that today we are standing at a juncture, where there is immense amount of hope to cure every disease. The recent stage of medicinal value, will eventually replace the traditional “trial and error” model of prescribing drugs. This is particularly because testing to calculate a patient’s response to a therapy has gone technical now, and with the help of monitor treatment and advanced therapy, we may have efficiency, reduce waste and promote better outcomes.

In fact it we go on to statistics, then the importance of diagnostics to the personalized healthcare actually explains the four-fold increase between 2005 and 2010. This has happened owing to the collaborations involving diagnostic and the pharmaceutical firms. Hence we should go ahead and recognize more of pathology services and improvements.

Fever is the most common illness, which often occurs due to an infection. It leads to aching body and headache. The cause of fever depends on various factors like your age and physical condition. Many doctors even believe that fever acts like a defence against infections. However, it is important to understand what kind of fever one is suffering from to plan a treatment accordingly.  This can be determined by availing various diagnostic services in India wherein trained clinicians perform blood test and other required examinations to understand the main reason behind the rising body temperature.

Here are some of the commonly known fevers found:

This fever stays only for some hours in the day. It is diagnosed in the patients of malaria, kala-azar, pyemia, septicaemia, etc.
